Spacious, sunny room in a duplex with private rooftop and balcony. Available March 3 til May with a desire by current roommates to extend to another year. Move-in date negotiable.
The duplex has 2 floors and is a total of 1,300 sqft, located in Clinton Hill, a block away from Pratt Institute. The apartment is on the 4th and 5th penthouse floors. 3beds+2bath. It is recently renovated in a historic building.
The room itself is on the 4th floor. It has two large windows facing south, so there is a lot of sunlight.

- Bedroom size is about (10'x10')
- In-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher!
- Huge living room and kitchen including large french door fridge and kitchen island.
- Central heat and A/C
- Balcony with city view
- Furnished, large private rooftop with a view of the city

- 10 mins from Fort Greene and 30 mins walk from Prospect park
- 10 mins from the G train and there are B54 bus a block away
The rent is 1383. Utility not included, about 100 depends on the season. Rent extension come May might come with a rental increase (in the past it has been 50-100 dollars per person).

The current roommates are both males in the low to mid 30s. One works as a graphic designer and another as an architect. They are friendly, chill and nice to hang out with. The roommates moving out and one of the current roommates has been in the apartment for 7 years. We truly have loved it.
