Comfortable room with all amenities included. Safe neighborhood along with the house having a security system and cameras outdoors. Recommend a male roommate due to 2 already living in house but we are open to a female. $1300 month to month with a 2 week notice if available very flexible with how long you are wanting to stay. Meeting somewhere outside the house for seeing the interactions and how well the vibes/ general consensus is although it is not required.
