I would prefer to share with a straight male. Apt is top floor of duplex in a safe neighborhood. Covered deck/landing. Coin-op laundry room downstairs. Utilities: elec, gas, internet INCLUDED.
This is a VERY convenient location near Trader Joe's, Target, WholeFoods, Ralph's, Starbucks, Plummer Park, even McDonalds! Also bars, dining out, hiking Runyon Canyon. There's a farmer's market every Monday just around the corner at the top of the street. It's a very safe neighborhood. $30/yr street parking permit - easy to get from West Hollywood city.
