Hi! I'm about to graduate from school and no longer need the apartment I leased through November 15th. I will be moving out on Aug 7th. The apartment is fully furnished, and the building has laundry, pool, doorman, etc. I have a roommate so you would be sharing the kitchen and living room but you have your own bathroom and your own large bedroom with amazing views. It is located at Gateway Apartments in Battery Park. Rent is $2200 a month but I would be willing to offer a discount of $400 per month through November as I am trying to find someone last minute!
