Hello, I'm Claire! My boyfriend, Dylan, and I are looking for a roommate to occupy one of two bedrooms in our apartment. Dylan is a tech junkie, video game and retro console enthusiast, and computer science engineer, with a true love of DnD. I am a bibliophile, chronic hobbyist, and TV production professional, and love tea to an unhealthy degree. Our puppy, Ripley, is a very good girl. We tend to be chill but prefer cleanliness, mostly would leave the kitchen free for your use, and like to have a cleaning service periodically come to the apartment. My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to sublet the private second bedroom in our apartment on the UWS! Located half a block from the 72nd St 123 stop and 1.5 blocks from the BC as well, the building is situated between Columbus and Amsterdam/Broadway which means there's TONS of amazing shops and restaurants nearby. Central Park, Lincoln Center, and the Natural History Museum are also all within very close walking distance! Elevator, basement laundry and package area, heaters, access to high speed wifi (not free), and an amazing super all come with this spot! The 10'x16'3" bedroom has two huge windows with custom shades included, and can easily fit a Queen sized bed, dresser, and desk. The room shares a Jack and Jill full bath, along with a second half bath through the larger than average kitchen, which you would have free reign over most of the time. The kitchen has a dishwasher, too! The livingroom will be furnished but the bedroom will NOT come furnished. We work from home most of the time, have a puppy who is a very good girl, and are quite cleanly but not litigiously so! We are looking for someone to sublet for ideally a year starting 6/1, with some flexibility potentially on length of stay and move in. I truly think this is the best apartment and neighborhood I've ever lived in, so I think you might enjoy it too! Please reach out!
