Room in Cozy detached cottage within walking distance of Old Town Tustin

Hey so this is actually in Tustin, not Irvine but I'm closer to Irvine and Tustin wasn't an option on this website so sorry for any confusion.

I have a pretty spacious two bedroom with a full kitchen, large living room, and dual sink bathroom. The two bedrooms have large built in closets and the room can come furnished or not. There's a large backyard where I do some gardening along with a grill. We have a small AC unit but plenty of fans, basic internet, and laundry machines in the garage.

I have two very chill cats named Duke and Hobbes who love people. They're not too keen on other animals so sorry for now no new pets. I would be out for months at a time so while I would like to keep my room, you'll likely get the place to yourself quite a bit. All I ask in those cases is that you feed the cats, clean their boxes, pet them from time to time, and make sure my fruit trees at least don't die from lack of water. The cats are insured, and have all their needs coming via autoship. Utilities include gas, electricity, and wifi the landlord pay the water.

We are within walking distance of old town tustin, quite a number of coffee shops, and a brand spankin new 99 Ranch! This is about as walkable as it gets around here. And we're very close to the 5 and 55 so you can get up early and beat traffic with reasonable reliability.
