Since this is a roommate situation, we'd like to rent to a mature woman (no couples and we're not setup for children) who is responsible, respectful and pleasant company. No smoking. I have dogs so please - no additional pets.

Utilities and WIFI are included in the rent. We're 5 minutes south of Legends on a mini-acreage. This is a furnished room. There is a 150 acre park down the street for hiking.
