Hi! My name is Lyric Esparza and I am a twenty-something woman seeking a roommate for my two bedroom apartment in beautiful West Seattle.
I value laughter a lot, and take serious things in life in stride. I dance to Earth, Wind & Fire while I clean. I watch a lot of old TV like Fraiser and Cheers. I am focused on my career and developing a healthy work/life balance. I was adopted at a later age, and come from a big, loving adoptive family. I enjoy writing, road and day trips, dancing and drinking good red wine when it's cold outside.
I'm looking for someone who wants to create and share a calm, happy home - who doesn't mind when I leave a dish in the sink every now and then.

Hi!
I am twenty-something woman seeking a roommate in my two bedroom apartment in beautiful West Seattle. Move in would be April 1 2020, and I would prefer someone who can commit to a one year stay, though I would consider six months.
PROS:
- Kitchen supplies + dishware included
- Option to make use of a lightly used, clean full sized bed
- Living room furniture included
- TV, wifi included
- Water, sewage, garbage included
- Right on the C bus line - two minute walk to a 15 minute ride downtown. 5 minute ride to the Junction.
- 4 miles away from Alki beach - you can walk to the water!
- Very well priced rent for the area
- Local, very friendly, responsive landlord
- Small apartment complex - only three other units
- Washer and dryer right next to unit
- Dishwasher
- Storage space available
- Quiet neighborhood
- Stays cool in the summer due to placement
- Adorable, friendly cat named Maebel (pictured)
- I'm a blast
CONS:
- I watch trash TV every now and then
- Can't do the worm
I'm really looking for someone I get along with who's open to sharing a space. If you don't have much, this would be a good deal for you - you can use everything from my spatula to my treadmill to my paprika. If you do have a lot, we can work it out. Please note that I do have a cat - she is extremely friendly but if you're allergic it likely wont work out.
****Looking for someone to move in April 1 2020****
Utilities (electricity/heat) vary but in the winter are maybe $100 - $150 every three months and in the warmer months, more like $60. First months rent and a damage deposit of $400 will be due upon move in; when you sign the lease you agree to paying two months rent in the event you have to break your lease.
ABOUT THE 'HOOD:
We have a great neighborhood! A five minute walk away is the Luna Park Cafe, an eccentric diner that has good beer, great milkshakes and literally the best fries you've ever had. There is a wine lounge nearby and a salon. You can take the bus (3 minute walk, 5 minute ride) to the Junction where all sorts of restaurants like Thai, American, Japanese, Mexican are posted up. There's also the great Husky Deli which has the best ice cream in Seattle. There's a record store, a pool hall, great karaoke, fun bars and even a speak easy! We are also a 15 minute bus ride from Downtown.
You can take the bus to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods or Thriftway for groceries; they're all less than ten minutes away. There's fast food a bus stop away. Postmates delivers to us - I know this all too well :)
Plus, there's a beautiful park in our neighborhood that is great to walk around when the weather's nice!
