No pets. Turtles and fish ok. No cats. No dogs. No snakes. No reptiles. No rodents. (Hamsters, gerbils, mice rats, rabbits, etc). HYGIENE IS MANDATORY. NO ODORS ON SELF OR IN ROOM. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AT ALL WHATSOEVER!! THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE. Sorry for the dramatics but I have had issues with previous roommates.

I went to culinary school so I cook and bake a lot and will often offer to share my food.

All utilities included except electric. And will be split 3 ways.

Prefer a cashiers check for electric and cash for rent. Rent will be separate from electric.

Cleaning lady comes every 3-6 months (depending on need) and after move out. Estimated cleaning fee is $60. Non refundable.
As a rule, trash should be removed daily and there should be no dirty dishes nor food containers in the room. Leftover food should be stored in the fridge provided and empty containers such as pizza boxes etc should be discarded immediately into the receptacles provided out back.
There is a vacuum cleaner upstairs with carpet freshener for your use.
Please do not wait for the cleaning lady to do it.
