One large bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. Apartment is on the first floor, updated kitchen and bathroom, and has in-unit washer/dryer. The common areas are furnished, but the vacant bedroom will not be besides a desk if you want it. Rent is split evenly between the two rooms (apartment total is $2895).
