Hello future roomies, my partner and I are looking to rent out our spare room in our cozy two-bedroom apartment. I truly believe open communication is a good policy with roommates. Ash and I have a typical 9-6 schedule on the weekdays and enjoy getting out on the weekends. We moved here from Missouri nearly three years ago and have the midwest hospitality to show for it.
