Private bedroom on third floor of house with attached private bathroom and personal walk in closet. Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed frame, queen size Nectar mattress, 6 cabinet dresser drawer, own personal AC unit + heater.
The house is located in a gated community with regular security patrol 24/7. We have an additional security system for the house as well.
No pets. No smoking (vape or e-cigs are ok). Washer/dryer on second floor. Kitchen on first floor, you would have your own fridge and small shelf. Access to community gym, pool, and walking trail.
Located close to NRG center, 8-10 minute drive to medical center, 15-20 minute drive to downtown, museum district. Easy access to 610, 288, and 90.
Currently we are a family of 2 healthcare professionals, 1 educational professional, and 1 student in our late 20s and early 30s (2 females & 2 males). We like working out, watching anime, and playing video games. We are not messy or loud, and we are considerate of privacy.
