Hello! My name is Conner and I am looking for 1-2 roommates to share a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Logan Square starting November 3rd.

The total rent for the entire apartment is $1650 per month. Between two of us, your share could be $825 per month, or half. Between three of us, the price for each person could be $550 per month. The lease runs through April 30, 2022 and is likely to renew.

The apartment sits on the third floor and boasts two separate living rooms, a dining room, a sit-in kitchen, south-facing bay windows, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a large back wooden porch.

It has central A/C and heat, a dishwasher, and coin-op laundry in the building. Utilities usually come out to $100 per month.

Street parking is plentiful but reserved spots are available for $150 a month. I am open to pets, which are allowed for $45 a month, per building management. Finally, the building offers 100 square feet of extra storage space for $45 per month.

The location is wonderful, with the apartment just steps away from the 7-acre Palmer Square Park, which hosts a half-mile shaded running loop and weekly concerts in the summer.

The California Blue Line station is a 6 minute walk away, providing easy access to O'Hare Airport (30 minutes) and downtown (20 minutes).

The location also provides easy access to Milwaukee, Fullerton, and Armitage Avenues, featuring some of the best restaurants and bars in the city (including my personal favorite, Emporium) and access to surrounding neighborhoods, including Wicker Park, Bucktown, Lincoln Park, and Avondale. Humboldt Park is 1 mile south, and the 3-mile 606 running/cycling trail is a 10 minute walk away.

About me: I am 24 years old, and this December will mark my second year in the city since moving here from Florida. I mostly work from home for a large nonprofit, but visit the office about once a week and serve on call for fieldwork on a weekly basis. I like to keep common areas clean and organized, but I am by no means obsessive and understand that life gets busy. I just ask that you clean up after yourself and exercise courtesy to the household during the work week.

My hobbies include cooking, photography, cycling, and guitar. I would love to be able to host friends for dinner, drinks, and fun every now and then. I also enjoy going out to bars and restaurants and being social, but definitely appreciate chill nights watching movies or playing games. I am also 420 friendly, but ask that any smoking be done outside on the porch.

Lastly, I'm hoping to be friends with my roommate(s), so I'm looking for people in their 20s. I'd prefer to live with other guys but if you're a girl and think we would get along I'm definitely open to that! If you've made it this far, feel free to message me and we can set up a time to meet!
