I'm a 45 year old male. Moved into a 2 bed, 1 bath home July 2024. I am never home. I come home to sleep M-F at 10pm and leave 6am for work in the morning. I spend the weekend with my girlfriend and the place would mostly be occupied by you. I have no pets and you cannot either. (Allergies) I'm 420 friendly but no tobacco smokers in or outside.
The house is located in Old Aurora off Colfax. Street parking. We would Split water and Xcel. If you use public transportation it's 1 block away.

You are comfortable with who you are and tidy. Considerate in keeping common space clean.
This small bedroom is unfurnished and has a tiny walk in closet. The grounds/yard is maintained by the owner, she just ask that we pick-up trash that blows in the yard. I'm looking for someone to finish out the lease with me which ends 6/30/2025.
