About Me

okay straight to the point, my mother passed away last month, i have her 2 chihuahuas, they are both sweet one is older and doesnt move very often. i will be finding them a better home, someone that would be with them all the time but kinda wanted them around right now. About me,. i have money to get my own place but i wanted to finish studies, and really want to work few hours and still save. Dont want to pay 700 or more for one bedroom for myself, then add in electric and other bills etc...so thought to get roomate like old days in houston, I am very simple quiet and clean, with no !!! vices ,drink occasionally while out at dinner [mostly wine] or mall due to allergies that affect inner ear etc... wouldnt even need room would sleep on couch but have dogs and want to keep them out of your hair. I really need and want to be in houston again. I am pretty simple, like central market [heb] ,wholefoods and malls. About only "exciting' thing i would do is check out the music scene. I actually had friends play with or connected to 2 major bands and another that is famous in her own right. i got out of that scene and got busy with marriage kids etc. maybe should have stated preferences earlier [you shouldnt trust anyone that says they dont have preferences], i prefer outside smoker or non, not a party atmosphere or anything just considerate and nice person to room with. will respect it was your apt first and mostly will stay to myself.

My maximum monthly budget 500
Move in Date Oct 2022
Lease Duration 6 Months
Age 56
