Room has a brand new Zinus Green Tea-infused memory foam mattress in a Hospitology sleep defense system encasement (a waterproof, hypoallergenic, breathable, dust mite and allergen barrier). Also included in furnishings is the bed frame, night stands, Alamitos Pine flooring and Sherwin Williams Repose Gray painted walls as shown in photographs. New gray carpets will soon be installed in the bedroom hallway and both staircases. Wireless internet is throughout the home, washer and dryer are located on the second floor by the bedroom, and a pool table is located in the lower level.
There is a three level backyard patio with grass and trees at the edge of the woods. It is very peaceful, private, and perfect for people to relax quietly on the evenings and weekends.
The minimum stay is two months and rolls into month-to-month after sixty days if you choose to stay longer. First and last month’s rent + security deposit are due before moving in. Roommates must complete an application through SmartMove tenant screening. Utilities are divided evenly among roommates and billed monthly.
One roommate only, no couples please
Pets are not allowed and there are no exceptions
I'm very social and I travel quite a bit for work. There are currently three male roommates and we are seeking a fourth.
