Room for rent, fruit trees in backyard

Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. I just moved in December and the room for rent: $775(+utilities) Internet included in rent. Deposit is $500. Available January 17th.

It takes me on average 25 minutes to get to Lady Bird Lake to go running, and about 15 minutes to get to the Domain-Rock Rose.

Dogs are totally fine as long as they are potty trained and your dog isnt a crazy barker. My dog also likes cats, litter box would have to go in garage or your room however.

Bathrooms have marble floors, and the bedrooms and living room are wood floors. Great water pressure, washer and dryer in home! There are 2 hall closets one for jackets, the other has shelving so its just miscellaneous things likes sheets, mop and broom. Each bedrooms closet is a really nice size. Each bedroom has tons of outlets on each wall of the rooms, and a ceiling fan. House has central air/heat. Dishwasher and gas stove for the cook lovers. Big pantry with lots of shelving.

$775- IS ABOUT 13 X 13- 2 big windows

I would like to be friends with my roommates, but totally ok if you are more private. I am pretty chill, enjoy hiking, happy hours, cooking, or bumming it to Netflix. No cigarette smokers please. 420 cool.
