My name is Lauren. My lease is about is going to end in December and my current roommate is looking to stay in Astoria while I am looking to move back to Manhattan.
I work in HR at a tech startup in Midtown (like most of NYC). I am currently remote & our return to office date is continuously being pushed back. However, even once we do go back I'll be hybrid.
I am an avid city biker. I enjoy trying new restaurants on the weekend. During the week I am pretty lowkey & quiet. I like my apartment to be clean. I do not have any pets but love animals & don't mind walking your pup if you need to go into the office.
My budget is between $1300-$1500 & in the most ideal universe somewhere near the east village however, I am open to anywhere on the east side.
