Hi! I am friendly, clean, and out going. I work in finance (typically 7-7) and teach yoga on the weekends. I enjoy working out, hanging out with my friends, going out to restaurants, visiting museums and generally taking advantage of the city! I like to over-communicate so everyone is on the same page. 1 room in 2 bedroom apt
Hi! Love this apartment but got a new job out of state and need to do a lease transfer! Both rooms are likely available as my roommate will leave as well. The apt is newly renovated and in beautiful condition, there is a washer dryer in unit. Its on the first floor of the walk up so no annoying stairs but its not on the ground floor as there is a basement apt underneath. It gets a great light in each bedroom and there is a built in closet in both bedrooms as well. Both bedrooms can fit full or queen size bed in addition to a nightstand + dresser + desk. There is tons of storage space in the living room as well as there is a large closet where we currently put bulk items like papertowels and also our coats, shoes, etc.
The surrounding area is safe and lively with some of Harlem's best restaurants right around the corner. It is also a hop and skip away from the express 2/3 train and multiple citibike racks
TV is mounted up in the living room! Message me with any questions or for more pics or vids!
Bonus point: Because it'll be a lease transfer, you won't have to pay 3 months upfront (the first and last month's rent plus security deposit). Will only ask for security deposit.
