*** SEPTEMBER 1ST MOVE IN-NO BROKERS FEE *** Looking for a 3rd roommate to take the master bedroom (with private bathroom) in a luxury upper east side building. There’s laundry in building, 24 hour doorman, rooftop deck, gym, and so much natural light in all the rooms and living room!! The rent would be $2700 for your part and you would be living with my friend and I. We’re both 24 and I work in tech and go to the office thrice a week. The other roommate works in consulting and is also hybrid/remote but works long hours during the week. We would love to be friends and have friends over during the weekends for game nights/pre games and go to happy hours/dinners and explore NYC together :-)
