I'm a professional in my 30s who works in the office 4 days a week and 1 day from home. Summertimes I will be mountain biking, hiking, going to concerts and the park with a lot of my free time. Winters will be filled with cooking, some snowboarding, and more concerts. I love to cook and go out to eat great food. Bedroom available for rent in Arvada. The bedroom is large and easy for a king bed to fit. The spacious layout includes a shared terrace, perfect for soaking up the sunshine, and in unit laundry.
Centrally situated with easy access to i-70 (5 minutes to the highway and 15 minutes to golden), old town Arvada, and the foothills. You’ll love the convenience of having grocery stores, retail shops, and the Apex center all within walking distance. The space is adjacent to a brand new park and the light rail to Union station is a short 10 minute walk.
The open kitchen features a large center island, ample storage, dishwasher, and a pantry. Plus, enjoy the cozy ambiance of the gas fireplace in the large living room.
Bailey, my cat, does live here. She is a cuddle bug but does not get along with other animals. The common areas of the apartment are fully furnished (but am willing to accommodate your furniture if logical). However, the rented room and the corresponding bathroom are unfurnished, allowing you to personalize the space to your liking.
