Hi! I am a 23 year old single mom. I currently work during the day, usual at the office. I have a 5 year old son and cat. I am currently looking for someone that is considerably chill. I am not a clean freak but I would say I do want common areas clean, for example the living room, kitchen and balcony. Your room is your room. The only thing I ask is you don’t mess up the carpet and walls in your room. Besides that I like to go out on the weekends when i don’t have my son. I have a bedroom available with your own bathroom. There is currently a washer/dryer inside the unit. The gym on site is 24/7. There are 2 pools on site and grill by the pool. It’s a pretty quiet place and near a lot of restaurants. 15-20 minute drive to IAH. Walmart, H‑E‑B and Kroger’s are nearby.
