LARGE ROOM FOR RENT
Spacious room available for rent in a clean, quiet home. The room is large enough to fit a king-sized bed and a full-size desk, and features a walk-in closet (without doors) and two windows for natural light. Full access to the house is included, but tenants are responsible for supplying their own food, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Utilities will be split evenly, and there is a 2-car carport where you will have one parking spot.
Please note, there are a few important rules: no overnight visitors, no smoking inside (smoking is allowed outside of the carport, and not under), and no parties. The shared bathroom requires regular cleaning. Rental insurance is in place, and your half will be $36 per month. I am seeking a roommate who does not drink, use drugs, or smoke (outdoor cigarette smoking is allowed). Lastly, no dyeing clothes in the washing machine or dryer.
