$650 Room for rent with professionals for $650/month (Hawthorne)
Private room available to move in on (September 15th) and rent is very low because I am looking for the best quality candidate who will live here rather than the price.
My roommates and I are very nice, friendly, respectful, quiet, easy to get along with and looking to maintain zero problems at home because home is meant to be for relaxation and where someone can find peace of mind, safety and tranquility. We are all males in the house
The house:-
Is located by the LAX Airport Area (North Hawthorne/ North East El Segundo) by the I-105 and I-405 intersections with easy and quick access to them. Perfect opportunity for who works around the LAX area. Looking for a more stable person, not 1 or 2 months stay
- Newer house and the bedroom rented is on the 1st floor.
- About 3 miles from the beach.
- The house has a METRO stop right behind the house, and nearby bus stops.
- Safe area and house in a gated community.
- Street Parking and easier to find a spot unlike the rest of the city since the house is toward the end of street.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No use of drugs of any kind is allowed in the house.
Room
- King size bed, dresser, nightstand and wall decorations.
- Bathroom for this room is pretty much private at least 95% of the time dedicated for the room, but since it is the only bathroom on the 1st floor, it might be rarely shared used.
- Interior room without windows.

To move in:
- (1st month rent $650) + $95 utilities = $745 (Monthly). Basic utilities (electric+water+ wireless high speed internet+trash+gas).
Additionally, One-month rent deposit which is returned to you when moving out if no damages happened to the room and give the month notice.
