2 Bedroom rent stabilized apartment in Prospect Heights Brooklyn. I have lived here for four years, and it has been a lovely place to call home!
You would be resigning the 12 month lease with me starting November 1st
The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit, separated by a full bathroom & kitchen / living room.
The room for rent measures 118 inches x 101 inches and has an exposed brick accent wall. The common area comes furnished. The bedroom will be unfurnished. Open to redecorating. The unit is on the first floor in the back - so it's super quiet, and you can hear crickets in the summer, birds in the spring.
There are laundromats/wash and fold within a 5 minute walk.
The neighbors are friendly. The best part of living here is the neighborhood - close to the Grand Army Plaza (2/3) & 7th Av (B/Q) subway trains, multiple supermarkets, fancy bodegas and delicious restaurants. It is a very quiet street overall with little traffic. A 5 minute walk to Prospect Park, The Botanical Garden, Saturday farmers market and Brooklyn Museum.
