Looking for a nice roommate
I am looking for one roommate, preferably a woman. I would enjoy having someone who is friendly and enjoys potentially taking care of the yard and whatever other interests I am not picky as long as we do not trash the house with parties. Gatherings occasionally are super acceptable. I am very social but I am very respectful and I enjoy having a clean and happy home full of light and love. The house lease would end on August 1, and it is up to you if you would like to stay longer. We have a big fenced in backyard. A small herb garden in the front. And are only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown. Grocery store is walking distance, neighbors are very nice. I will state again that my 15 year old Chihuahua is OK with cats and other small dogs. We are not opposed to a large dog if you know that they are in fact gentle and kind with small dogs. There is a shared bathroom, but it is rather large with a sliding barn door between the shower area and the sink and counters. I am looking for a community vibe. You can be as private as you would like but I would also like to really enjoy living together. Ryan and I both work from home, but travel out of state frequently. House is furnished very/ very cute.
Rent is 1100 flat. And covers all utilities
