Walton on the Chattahoochee
The apartment is Walton on the Chattahoochee on Akers mill Rd. It is 15-20 min from Marietta square and 20 min to midtown/downtown depend on traffic. Easy access to 75 and 285. The complex has a charcoal grill in our courtyard and scattered throughout complex. The complex has direct access to the river with a large grass area by the river with grills and chairs. There are two dog parks and two pools ( bigger one is down by the river). Heirloom BBq is right outside the gate and the Chattahoochee Coffee Company is inside the complex attached to the leasing office.
