Guest bedroom and Master bedroom for rent individually month-to-month lease
I have a private bedroom in a new construction townhouse in Richmond's Marina Bay for $1000 a month, month-to-month basis. It’s a 5 minute bike or electric scooter ride to the Richmond Ferry Terminal, and you’ll enjoy the best commute in SF by taking the high speed ferry towards the SF Ferry Building. Utilities are another $50 a month, ample safe parking throughout the townhouse complex. Unlike most parts of the Bay Area, you’ll feel really safe living in an affluent community with low crime. 45 minute drive to Napa. 20 minutes drive to SoMa if there’s no traffic.
