I'm a pretty straight forward type of person as are the others who live here. What makes us great roommates is we all pay our bills on time and have our own stuff and space. The house is often quiet and the common areas are kept clean. While I'm not looking to be friends I do maintain a stable environment, and I would like the same from any future roommate. I have been renting rooms for 8 years now, and I would like any tenant to have a sense of respect and professionalism I do. You will need to be able to provide proof of employment and give 30 day notice if you plan to move. Don't mind people having friends, but they will need to live else where, not be in the house all the time.
