I did all schooling for my bachelors and Ph.D in Texas. I've been out here for a couple years now working for a biotech company doing R&D out in the bay area. Liking the area so far, especially the SOMA area where I'm currently living. In general, I'm looking for a roommate that's clean and respectful of the common shared area. I'm not a clean freak by any means, but I've lived with some really bad roommates during school. Left the place trashed; it was pretty bad. Really trying to avoid that. Besides that, I'm really chill about everything else, pretty flexible and open to discussion about pretty much anything. I work late, workout after work too, so I'm only usually around at night during the weekdays. Watch TV and relax after work. I go out and do stuff on the weekends around the city, go on trips elsewhere, etc.

Roommate for 2bed/2bath in SOMA/So. Beach (SOMA / south beach)
I'm looking for a clean and tidy roommate that is chill to occupy the smaller non-master bedroom of a 2bedroom/2 bath in SOMA. Please be respectful of common shared areas. Pretty chill on most other things. Hall bathroom will be their personal restroom.
Currently there is just me as one roommate. The area is near the embarcadero and walkable to the Caltrain or BART stations. Open to chat and discuss!
