To pass a background check and pay 3 months to move in at $1000/month (first last and security). I can work with you on that if you need it- we can work out a payment plan but minimally you will need 2 months in hand. Gay man owns the house so we are gay friendly and happy to consider anyone. No smokers no drugs. Marijuana is fine outside. I have laundry as well - you can supply your own soap. 2 cats in the home including a show quality Egyptian Mau. You get your own fridge for your things. On occasion you may be offered a meal. Looking for a good fit here and prefer long term.
