I enjoy good people, I work for S. Korean Skin Care co, I work day shifts, I am big on respect, without respect not my type of people. I have 2 shiba inu& a papillion they are my 4 legged children , I am straight been engaged few times •fund none were the one for me, I am Vegetarian, I am original from New England but moved to St ThomasUSVI for 6yrs once you live on Islands can't go back to snow & ice, I enjoy comedy, private time with my 4 legged children or with my friends, I live in 4/3 house in Windermere on Dr Philips line close to Super Markets, Attractions.close to highway access, No smoking of any kind allowed in or roundhouse per lease I have furnished bedroom with private bathroom & den with couch on renter side,laundry room in house, I am people person easy to talk to, I was bartender in St Thomas USVI, since moving back Stateside I don't drink much at all. Prefer tenant isn't heavy drinker been there never want to deal with that again, Single working clean respectful working male or female would be good,entire house furnished, sorry I am at my pet limit no more pets allowed, gets have gotten so high especially this side of town my subdivision backs up to isleworth, great location! someone hardworking,clean,with refs move in asap excuse any spells my spellcheck is the bain of my existance!
