I will be the only other roommate. I work for the company so I will pay rent and utility expenses on time- I expect the same of a roommate. I am a homebody and an introvert - my home time will be spent cooking, relaxing in my room, or watching something on the projector. I would absolutely be up for a movie night with snacks - should schedules permit.
I took a slower paced job with lower pay to achieve work life balance, I would prefer to roommate with someone that has a relaxed and pleasant demeanor - but is also able to verbalize their concerns effectively so that they can be addressed.

I stepped away from a leasing manager role making 68k to a leasing consultant role making approximately 47k. I made that decision so I could focus on my LSAT studies. I works with people all day long- when I get home I am polite but I will generally go to my room to unwind. I love to cook, go on nature trails, and try new restaurants. I work for the property. The company I work for pays a portion of my rent. It will show in the ledger. That is not an apartment shared discount- it is the company’s payment to my portion of the rent. I would love to roommate with someone who is looking to build a friendship or atleast br cordial when paths cross. I have a boyfriend that will visit often - he has his own place in Smyrna but works downtown. I am on a weight loss journey.
