Fantastic Old Town Apartment!
I'm looking for a female roommate for a fantastic Old Town apartment for a July 1st move in. I can also be flexible to a bit earlier than that if necessary. Rent is $1,500 for the room, which is unfurnished.
About the apartment:
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in a secured building within walking distance to Target, Jewel, Aldi, Wells Street Bars, Division Street, and about 15 minutes to Oak Street Beach. The unit is nicely updated with in-unit Washer/Dryer, a spacious patio, and large open concept kitchen and living room. We would share a large bathroom with dual vanity, so plenty of storage space for two people. The open bedroom has tons of natural light, and is about 12'x11', with a great closet. There are also two storage closets in the unit for a bit of extra space, and a fully empty storage locker in the basement that you can use. The building has bike storage in the basement.

*Gym in the building next door, which we have access to
