750 a month + bills. Room for rent in a house in Round Rock, near Hesters Crossing and 35, about two blocks behind Flix Brewhouse. Large master bedroom suite with two walk in closets and private full bathroom. Washer/dryer in garage, new water heater, built in double osmosis water filtration system, plenty of space.
Quiet roommate that mostly keeps to myself, loves to cook and bake, and attempts to garden when things aren't murdered by the sun. I have an elderly cat and three chickens (outside) and other pets are welcome, but dogs only if they won't go after the chickens.
