Hello! Our roommate is going to be moving out soon, and we're looking for someone to fill her space January 1.

Our apartment is on the third (top) floor of a walkup building in Astoria, about a 7-minute walk from the Broadway and 30th Ave N/W stops. The location is excellent--it's a quiet residential area within just a few minutes of many great stores and restaurants. There's a laundromat less than a block away and more around the area.

Your room would be the smaller of three bedrooms. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is nice and spacious and has plenty of closet/pantry space.

Rent is $825, and heat and hot water are included. We split electricity and internet three ways. We don't have TV.

Security deposit ($825) + first month's rent are required to move in.

About us:
We're two young professional female roommates. We're friendly and get along well, and we keep the apartment clean, respect each other's space, and don't bring the party home. (Also, both of us work afternoon jobs, so someone with a 9-5 schedule would fit in perfectly!)

You should be:
Preferably another female. Clean, quiet, considerate, and responsible. Have a steady job and income, pay rent and bills on time, don't leave messes in common areas.

No smoking. No pets.
