The condo is at Lakeshore, and Park lawn. Minutes to Bay Park, minutes to downtown and five star amenities in this building. Everything from indoor outdoor pools, a gym with a basketball court, a spa and lounge. The condo even has guest suites!

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to share my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Lakeshore and Parklawn.
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, and dresser, and it's available starting October 1st (or Sept 15 for $700 for half the month)
$1550/month, or $1750/month for couples. That also includes utilities and internet. Parking is extra, and can be sourced from other residents in the building.
Laundry is in-suite. Shared kitchen and living room, but you’ll have your own bedroom, and washroom. Smoking on balcony only (it’s a wrap around) and no pets.
The condo is on a high floor with amazing northeast views, and the building has some incredible amenities like a gym, basketball and squash courts, a yoga room, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and even a spa with a registered massage therapist. There is also 2 guest suites, a lounge, and party room available.
The location is super convenient too. The 66 bus gets you to Old Mill, Mimico GO is close by, and it’s only about 30 minutes to downtown by TTC along Lakeshore. There are plenty of great restaurants and spots nearby, like Lume, Chang Mai, Firkin, and Eden Trattoria, plus gyms like F45 and Orangetheory within walking distance.
