Hi everyone! We are 2 roommates looking to fill a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment with an open room in East Village starting 1/1. It’s a two minute walk from the Union Square subway station, next to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. The monthly rent would be around $2325 plus utilities. Your roommates will be 2 males in their mid 20s. We are clean, relaxed, and outgoing people who are good communicators. We love going out to bars/clubs, exploring the city, working out, and playing sports.

We would ideally want to be good friends with our roommate and are looking for someone who wants to invest in making this a fun spot.
