Hi everyone! We are 2 roommates looking to fill a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment with an open room in East Village starting 1/1. It’s a two minute walk from the Union Square subway station, next to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. The monthly rent would be around $2325 plus utilities. We would ideally want to be good friends with our roommate and are looking for someone who wants to invest in making this a fun spot.
