Affordable 1bd & private bath
Rent includes utilities. Apartment has a balcony. You will have your own private bathroom, walk in closet. The room is carpeted, your bathroom is not. The apartment is on the second floor so keep that in mind for furniture you may be moving.
In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher. Gated / secure complex. Shared kitchen, amenities & cookware, you are expected to purchase your own groceries.
I have cats that are calm tempered, but can be friendly, I allow them to sit on my couch, if that is an issue, you won’t be a good fit.
I’m willing to consider someone with cats only. No dogs.
No smoking indoors at all, smoking indoors forfeits your deposit & will subject you to immediate termination of rental agreement.
Looking for a roommate around my age, would love someone with good vibes.
I would prefer no guests without a heads up notice / approval, I typically do not have guests often, mutual respect and comfort is the goal.
