Myself (Olay, 30) and my roommate Ciera (29) are looking for two mature, neat, financially stable roomies to share our 4 bed/2 bath duplex in a Bed-Stuy brownstone! Rooms are a great size, we have a huge lush backyard and patio, and the duplex layout of the apartment affords us all great privacy. Apt is close to the G, and not too far from the J/M. Multiple bus routes, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops near by. We love living here and look forward to finding two cool new people to add to our home. Landlord requires application process, and only first month's rent and security deposit to move in! Landlords are great, attentive, and have always worked with us over the 2 years we’ve lived here.
