Available Room for Rent
Room available in 2nd floor walk up West Village
My roommate and I are looking to fill an available room in our charming West Village apartment.
About the apartment & room
-True 3 bed, 1ba with lots of West Village charm (hardwood floors, exposed brick, and arched doorways)
-Rent for the room is $1450/month and can fit a full bed, nightstand, small desk, and also comes with a true closet that is sizable (by WV standards). Room also has a window and comes with an AC unit
-We have a fully stocked kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a fully furnished living room and dining area (but are welcome to additions/replacements if you have them!)
-There is an additional, shared closet for storing winter coats and suitcases
-No laundry in the building but there is a wash and fold around the corner and great delivery services too.
-Heat/gas is included with the room. Electricity (approx $30/month) and internet (approx $30/month) are not.
About the roommates:
-28 & 27 year olds who both work in financial services
-Easy going, tidy, respectful, nice, sometimes funny
-A typical Monday night for us is wine and the Bachelor
-We are a smoke-free and drug-free apartment
Other notable features:
-Right across the street from Jack's Coffee for all your caffeine needs
-4 wine shops and an ice cream place within a 3 minute walk in case the above doesn't pan out
-5 minute walk to the ACE, BDFM, and 123 express stops
