I am originally from California the Bay Area and have been living in Georgia for over 15 years. I am an elementary educator by day and education consultant on the side. You can often find me jet setting to a fun place or hanging on the courts for tennis or pickleball. I have an active social life where I may be hanging with friends or watching sports! I have two awesome cats too named Smokey and Spider! My friends would describe me as generous, kind, loving, and organized.
I am looking to rent my room because I am recently separated. Sad face. My family lives in California and Hawaii so they don’t visit me too often. My step kids are all in college so they don’t visit often either. I rented to a retired principal and speech pathologist for 8 years before I got married and it was great!
Last I have a housecleaner that comes once a month to clean the whole house which is an added bonus!

Quiet and Cozy Townhome on Silver Comet Trail and Close to Freeway
My townhome sits in a quiet community 5 minutes from the freeway. I am conveniently located 5 minutes from The Battery, 22 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes from Buckhead! In my neighborhood there are plenty of restaurants and shops of any kind. You name it I have it close by. There is a Publix and Sprouts grocery stores within walking distance of my house too!
My townhome 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are gardeners that take care of the grounds twice a week and our pool is open in the community 6 months a year!
The private bedroom I am renting has a private full bathroom next to it and a semi-private entrance from outside. The room is on the bottom level and goes out onto a patio and to the trail too.
My house is clean and organized. I have a professional house cleaner that comes to clean once a month too.
