Hi! My name is Tenisha. I’m 28, newly single and moving to Miami to start fresh and have some fun. I was a real estate agent in Boston, took some time off in San Diego the last year, and now I’m planning on getting my real estate license in Florida but I’m also looking for jobs as a cocktail waitress in the meantime. I love the beach, edm music, nightclubs, going out for drinks, and trying new restaurants. I also work out often and try to cook at home as much as I can to stay healthy. My credit is in the 700s and I also have a co-signer.

I'd like to have a roommate I can be friends with. "Work hard, player harder" you could say is a motto I live by. I'm very upfront and honest - things you should know about me: I vape indoors (the flavored tobacco vapes that don't smell) and socially participate in party favors but do not have any addictions (other than vaping lol). I like to party but I don't need to bring the party home. I'm social but like to hide in my bed a couple nights a week watching Netflix. I'm very down to earth, respectful, trustworthy, passionate, open minded, and easy to talk to. I like to keep a clean and organized home and if you work from home I will be respectful of that. I don't mind if you have guests at any time but I hope you wouldn't mind if I had a friend from out of town visit for a few nights occasionally (in my room).
