Hey what's up everyone, my name is Mikey(25), and my roommate Wade(24), and I are looking for someone to fill a room in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in East Village for a September 1 move in. The rent is $2500 and the apartment comes with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher and I can send a video over of the place to anyone that's interested.
A little bit about Wade and me, I currently work in tech and commute to the office 3-4 days a week, and Wade works in finance and commutes 3 days a week. We are both really into sports so most of our weekends are spent either watching games or playing pickup games around Manhattan. We also enjoy staying active as much as possible, whether that be going to the gym, golfing, basketball, etc. as well as going out on the weekends to different bars and restaurants around the city. I just started a masters program online so will be really busy with that for the upcoming months. We are both fairly clean people and keep both our rooms and the common areas clean as possible. Overall we are both pretty relaxed guys that are down for whatever and looking for someone who we can be friends with to move in.
