We are a family with a back house that has 2 bedrooms - looking for 1 person to have the entire space or 2 people to share. $1600 is the total with utilliteis except cable. We have dogs and cats so if you do not like animals or are allergic, it would not be ideal. We are central and close to downtown Los Angeles, the beach, metro, Sofi stadium... If you have a vehicle, it is street parking only but there are spots to park. We are peaceful people and woukd like you to be too. That said, we also have musicians in the family and enjoy fun, BBQs etc - just do not want unnecessary drama :)
