Available Room for Rent
I have a small 2 bedroom apartment and I am in need of a roommate. I am looking for someone who is quiet and friendly. No pets are allowed unless you want to pay the pet deposit. I don't mind if you have someone over, but please consult me first. You will have access to everything in the apartment except for my bedroom. My son and i share a room and you will have your own room. It's very quiet in here as I don't really ever have any company. If you have any questions, please ask.
