Subleasing room at Axis Berewick Apartments
Hi everyone! My name is Lexi, and I am currently looking to sublease my room at Axis Berewick apartments. I am relocating for work, but I absolutely love the complex and my roommates! I have 2 roommates, We are all 23-24, and they are both incredible. They are very clean, and they also both travel a ton so they aren't home very often. I work in the fashion industry so I am relocating for work, and am so sad to be leaving them. The great thing is the lease is up in March 2023, so it gives you just enough time to see if you like the complex and the area in general. As for the room in general, I have the biggest room of the 3 bedrooms and it also has a walk in closet as well as your own bathroom! It's a large room and is super spacious. If you have any more questions at all, feel free to let me know! The rent is also typically around 780/month including everything.
