Spacious East Village Bedroom in prime location! Me and my roommate are looking for a 3rd person to join our lease starting 3/1 ending 8/31. Rent is $2,200. You will have your own room and share a bathroom with someone else. You would also be living with a dog. He's a 2 year old yellow Lab/Husky, very sweet and friendly.

You will be taking over a pretty spacious room. This room is big enough to fit a queen bed and a desk, plus there's a big closet in there. It has a nice exposed brick wall as well. In addition, each of the rooms are individually controlled with a thermostat. It has both A/C and electric heating. You will also be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Bathroom is spacious and has plenty of storage space.

This apartment is in a prime location. Just one block from the L First Ave Subway stop, right across from Target and Trader Joe's, minutes from Tompkins Square Park and more. It also has In Unit W/D and a dishwasher! The property address is 205 Avenue A.

Let me know if you're interested! You would need to pay a $2100 deposit and then $2200 for first month's rent. ($4300 due when signing).
