Full disclosure, the available room is small– but comes with a closet and ac. The common area is sizable, and the unit overall is beautiful.

– Four blocks from the 4th Ave/9th St subway station.
– Lots of bars & restaurants in the neighborhood.
– Laundromat across the street; 24-hr laundromat in walking distance.
The Unit:
– 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a classic prewar walkup.
– Above ground-level & tucked away in the back of the building.
Available Room:
– The open room is unfurnished.
– Includes a closet and a small storage area.

– Living room, Full kitchen w/ dishwasher, Hall closet, Very long hallway…
