We enjoy homie cozy vibe in our apartment and like to have an environment where we can relax! Especially now that we spend so much time at home. We do host occasional parties and dinners for our friends. Once a month or couple of month.. every now and then it’s ok, but no Party animals!

We are not 420 friendly!!!

Friends and Guests are ok, but please don’t bring random ppl home for overnight stays all the time.

We have a spacious living room/dining room/kitchen. Apartment is in a great condition. Skylight in bathroom.

Apartment is located couple of blocks away from Astoria Blvrd N/W train station. Also lots of bus options close by.

The room for rent is cozy(sorry for the mess on pictures, our roomie is in a process of packing). The room fits full/queen size bed, book shelf and small desk. There is a closet in room. There are also linen closet and outerwear closet outside of the room that we all share. Room comes unfurnished.

The room is available on November 15th, but we are not in rush and will take our time to find the perfect personality fit. Ideally looking for someone in late 20s - mid 30s..
